|How to Request a Transcript
A transcript request must be in writing. Please include the following;
- Years of attendance
Submit by one of the following ways:
- Ask the students' counselor (if the student is actively attending Sequoia) for a copy of the transcript.
- Fax a request to (650) 306-8893, Attn: "Registrar "
- Mail request to:
Sequoia High School
1201 Brewster Avenue,
Redwood City, CA 94062
To request an official transcript, which includes the school seal, add $5 per transcript and mail the request to the school. Please make checks payable to Sequoia High School.
