Mentoring Program's Mission

Sequoia's HCA Mentoring Program was developed because of the great value mentoring relationships bring to students' and mentors' success and personal well-being.
Our mission is to provide each High School Junior (11th grade) with a positive, personal relationship with a mentor. Mentors will guide their mentee(s) professionally and personally. They will help their mentee(s) access resources and opportunities. Moreover, help their mentee(s) to see their own strengths, take on challenges, and focus on their futures.
