Sequoia High School proudly participates in fourteen different sports. Sports at Sequoia are divided into three athletic seasons. Sequoia is a Division II school that is a member of the Peninsula Athletic League (PAL) in the Central Coast Section (CCS) of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF). In order to participate, a student must be cleared by his or her physician every year and must maintain a 2.0 grade point average. We are always looking for more athletes!
