Bonnie Hansen graduated from Westmont College in 1993 with a B.A. and honors distinction in English. She earned her Single Subject Credential in Secondary Education in 1995 from UC Davis and taught English at Menlo-Atherton High School for eight years, where she also served for five years as the English Department Chair. She spent two years working as a resource teacher and new teacher advisor at the district office while earning her masters and administrative credential from UC Berkeley in 2003. For the past five years, she has served as Sequoia's Instructional Vice-Principal. |

Lisa Ellerbee Gleaton graduated from Mills College with a BA in International Relations. After serving as a teacher in the Peace Corps and a four-year stint in the corporate world, she went back to school and earned elementary, secondary and administrative credentials from Notre Dame de Namur University. Lisa transferred to Sequoia in 2002 following eight years at Carlmont High School where she served as a teacher and administrator. Since coming to Sequoia, she has served as chair of both English and Social Studies departments and taught a range of classes from CAHSEE Math Prep to AVID to IB History. She looks forward to continuing to serve the Sequoia community in her role of Instructional Vice-Principal. |

Vice-Principal for Grades 11 and 12
Ricardo Cooke grew up in San Diego, CA and attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He majored in English and American Studies and earned Cum Laude distinction. After graduating from UCLA, he pursued his teaching credential at the University of Michigan. For ten years, Rick Cooke taught English (including the International Baccalaureate program), Social Studies, AVID and a Cultural Diversity course. In 2006, he enrolled in the Principal Leadership Institute at the University of California, Berkeley. Ricardo currently serves as the Administrative Vice Principal who works with the 11th and 12th grade classes and also supervises the Athletic Department. He looks forward to making a positive difference at Sequoia High School. |

Vice-Principal for grade 10
Don Milhaupt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a BS in Special Education. After beginning his teaching career in both rural and surburban settings in Wisconsin, he moved to California and began teaching at Pittsburg High School in the East Bay. Since coming to Sequoia High School in 1992 and receiving his Administrative Credential from San Francisco State University, he has served as a special education teacher, Student Activities Director, Instructional Vice-Principal, SUHSD Peer and Assistance Coach, Teacher on Special Assignment, and currently as an Administrative Vice-Principal. |
| Michael Kuliga, Administrative Vice-Principal |
Mike Kuliga began his college education at Cabrillo College in Aptos CA, and graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a BA in Theoretical Linguistics . He received his teaching credential in Special Education from the University of San Francisco. Mike began his career in education with Outward Bound, where he worked for ten years. He worked at Sequoia in Special Education and then as a Computer Animation teacher for eight years before becoming Administrative Vice-Principal in 2009. |
