Clearance Process
Students must be cleared before they can try out or compete for a team. Deadlines are below. Please allow 5 business days for full processing and clearance.
Clearance deadlines by season
Fall sports
Clearance due 7/31/26
Tryouts begin 8/3/26 football · 8/7/26 all other sports
Winter sports
Clearance due 10/26/26
Tryouts begin 11/2/26
Spring sports
Clearance due 1/25/27
Tryouts begin 2/1/27
Before your student can compete

Have the physical form completed by your student's doctor.
Valid for one calendar year. If your child has seen a doctor in the past 12 months, that visit can be used until it expires; otherwise, please schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Once complete, a photo of the form can be submitted digitally through the online registration form.
Kaiser members can submit Kaiser's own form instead — just make sure it includes the line: “Recommendations: Unlimited Participation.”

Complete the online registration form via SportsNet and upload the physical form there.
For parents/guardians. Must be completed every school year. If your student has two last names, search using both when looking them up.
