Applying to Park on CampusTop of Page

Dear Sequoia Juniors and Seniors and Parents,
We will begin accepting Student Parking Permit Applications for the 2019-2020 school year on 08/13/19 at 2pm in the Sequoia AVP Office. We will cease accepting applications at 4pm on that same day. Applications can be downloaded using the link below. Hardcopy applications can be picked up from the Sequoia AVP Office M-F 9am - 4pm.
Please take care to complete the permit application in its entirety, as failure to do so will disqualify the application. IMPORTANT: Include with the completed application clear (as in legible) copies of your valid State of California driver's license, vehicle registration card, and valid proof of vehicle insurance. Failure to provide any one of these required documents will disqualify the application. Staple all documents to the back of the permit application. Along with the application be prepared to submit the $40 registration fee in the form of a check made out to Sequoia High School, cash, or money order. Permit applications without the full payment amount will not be accepted.
There are a limited number of Student Parking Permits available, and sales will be capped at 125 spaces. This is a first come, first served process. One permit application will be accepted from the applicant only. Friends may not turn in applications for others, and no one person may turn in more than one application. In short, if a student wishes for their application to be considered, it must be delivered complete and in person, beginning at 2pm on 08/13/19. One exception is that parents or legal guardians of the student will be able to submit applications if their student is not able to attend. We will not accept applications from siblings. Permits received after the 125 cap has been exceeded will be kept in a "wait list" file, and as permit holders leave Sequoia, or more spaces become available due to completion of construction, applicants will be called in order received. This will remain the working list for the 2019-2020 school year.
In order to increase efficiency, complete permits will be processed in order of receipt, and if approved permits will be distributed on 08/20 before school 8am - 8:30am and after school 2:00pm - 4:30pm.
Thank you, and again please take care to read the aforementioned message in its entirety, as there will be no exceptions to the stated policy.
