Students under the age of 18 are required to have a Work Permit in order to be employed.
During the regular school year, Sequoia's Work Experience teacher is to be determined.
Summer Work Permits (June 7 - August 31, 2021) are given by the District Office located at 480 James Ave, Redwood City, CA 94062 from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, please call (650) 369-1411.
PARENT AND STUDENT fill out their section and sign.
EMPLOYER fills out their section and sign.
Submit completed Work Permit application to be determined (District Office during the summer). He will issue the Work Permit to you.
NOTE: A work permit may not be issued in the case of truancy, low GPA, or chronic behavioral issues and that a work permit may be revoked for the same reasons.
