ANNOUNCEMENT:
This year's SENIOR (12th) GRADE-LEVEL MEETING will be held via ZOOM. Wednesday, August 28th at 7pm ON ZOOM:
Senior Annual Grade Level IB/4 Year College Bound Meeting
Wednesday, August 28th at 7pm on Zoom
The annual Four-Year College/IB meeting for students and parents/guardians is specifically focused on senior year application and IB process at Sequoia. Ms. Niño (IB Coordinator)/ Ms Zamora (IB Administrative Assistant) will go over the requirements, deadlines and procedures for the IB Program and IB Diploma.
The College and Career Advisors will present information about applying to Four Year Colleges including UC,CSU, Common Application, Out of State Public Colleges, and Coalition.

Early Action/Early Decision
Letters of Recommendation that are specific to Sequoia.

Sequoia's IB Spring 2026 Exams will take place April 28th-May 20th, 2026. Please look for your exam dates HERE and mark them on your family calendar now. Remember, IB does not offer make-up exams.
Registration & Fees for IB Spring 2026 Exams: All students in IB Courses in a Testing Year will register for exams in class and during flex periods in September and October. Sequoia's IB Office will then send home invoices via USPS and email in late October. Exam fees will need to be paid by November 15, 2025. IB Exam Fee Information will be available here soon.
LAST DAY TO DROP an IB Class in this testing year: October 31, 2025.

Please join us in Carrington Hall (English) or the MPR (Spanish) for our College Counseling/IB Grade-Level Meetings during Fall Semester. Topics will include policies for the college application process and specific IB information for your class year:- JUNIOR (11th) GRADE-LEVEL MEETING: Wed. 9/10/25, 7:00-8:30pm
