Alumni & Former Students
  
For a written transcript request. Please include the following;
  • Name
  • Birthdate
  • Years of attendance
  • Signature
  •  
Submit by one of the following ways:
  • Fax a request to 650.562.3246, Attn: "Records "
  • Mail request to:
    Sequoia High School
    Records
    1201 Brewster Avenue,
    Redwood City, CA 94062
To request an official transcript, which includes the school seal, add $5.00 per transcript and mail the request to the school. Please make checks/money orders payable to Sequoia High School.

  • 12th grade students needing transcripts for college applications, need to submit a request through Naviance (more information on Ms. Ignaitis’ weekly email)
 
There is no fee for current students. 
For an unofficial transcript, students may log-in to their Infinite Campus (IC) account and access their transcript in the “Reports” tab.

A records request must be in writing. Only Sequoia H.S. information may be released. All records are destroyed FOUR years after the student's graduation year.  The only permanent record that remains is the transcript. Replacement Diplomas are not available.
 
If the record request is for a person 18 yrs old or older, the person is a legal adult and must request their own record unless written permission is given.  ID is required. Please include the following in your request;
  • Name
  • Birthdate
  • Years of attendance
  • Be specific on what records you are requesting.
  • Signature
Submit by one of the following ways:
  • Fax a request to 650.562.3246, Attn: "Records " and pay when you pick-up the record(s).
  • Mail request to:

FEE:  Each page is $1.  Cash if coming in person or check/money order payable to Sequoia High School.

The Special Education Department at the Sequoia Union High School District handles all requests for Special Education records.
